Henry Kaye charged with criminal fraud
By Darryl Stringer • Dec 8th, 2005 • Category: News, Shame fileHe has a notorious reputation, a lot of enemies, and now it is alleged he deceived St George Bank to secure finance for a major development. Henry Kaye was first exposed by The Age newspaper back in September 2003 - “How Henry Kaye fuelled the property boom“. Now he could face up to 10 years in jail if he is found guilty of obtaining financial advantage by deception (”Developer Henry Kaye charged“).
Neil Jenman says that some of Kaye’s former colleagues are still working the streets, including George Mihos (from the “Today Not Tomorrow Institute”).
The point of all this is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Before signing anything get your solicitor or accountant to check it out, contact Consumer Affairs in your state to see if there’s been any problems with the guy who says he’s an expert, and read the fine print.

Henry Kaye is worse than scum, he knowingly cheated and stole money from struggling battlers offering them false hope I used to work for the ASS and was always cautious even when we were making as consultants up to 10k per day. When he stopped paying us our commissions but still demanded rent of 10K pcm to occupy an office chair most left including myself. The man is the lowest of the low with no scrupples what so ever. He looked us all in the eyes and lied his ass off. I hope he rots in jail. Time to re think his actions of days gone by.
